   This past Thursday my little blue healer for 15 years crossed over the rainbow bridge. Unconditional love often shows itself when we approach death. Sheila Rose, as well as my other animal companions, exemplify, unconditional love for me, not people. Thank you, Joanne for this timely reading. I will take comfort in it.

   I am in the process of moving to a new state. Big death, letting go and having to pay attention to self judgement with the messiness of it all. Oh to be a human….

     Moving home is a death, something we may grieve, even when we choose the change. I wonder how spirits can help lighten and help clear away the heavy weights of self-judgment so you can just be in the passage, honoring all that this is in the natural flow that carries us from endings into beginnings…
