Exploring Elderhood: Throwing of the Bones & Gong Bath

Honoring one’s Elderhood involves releasing what no longer needs to be carried and reclaiming the fullness of who you really are. Using the meditational qualities of the gongs to open our vision coupled with the ancient divination ceremony of Throwing of the Bones, we will explore the weaving of wholeness and how to step into your unique path as Elder.
